Roasting advice: roe/boar leg (in roasting bag)

Season the leg and put it in a roasting bag + ½ pack of butter + ½ glass of wine

Poke the pop-up through the bag in the middle of the bolt.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
After 10 minutes back to 90 degrees.
If the pop-up comes out, the leg is good, core temperature should be 43º.
Then the leg is pink on the inside.
Count on about an hour.

If the leg is ready sooner, turn the oven back to 60 degrees and open the oven until it has cooled down a bit. Then close the oven. You can continue the bout for at least another half hour
